Estimator Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates and bid packages

• Support in takeoffs and quantity surveys

• Help compile subcontractor pricing and vendor quotes

• Learn to utilize conceptual design and value engineering principles

• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to develop estimates

Estimator Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in construction or estimating preferred

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field is a strong plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn estimating software and commercial construction methods
