**The Role**
This Enterprise Process Architect role will focus on optimizing sales processes and applications, specifically lead creation, lead management, and quotingacross the Lumen ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with a proven track record in process and product improvement projects.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline and enhance sales processes, with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing, and quoting workflows.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Partners, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements in process performance and customer experience.
+ Develop and maintain process documentation, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress and ensure alignment with transformation goals.
+ Serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ Facilitate workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions to uncover opportunities for optimization.
+ Report on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Lean Six Sigma **Green Belt or Black Belt** certification is required
+ Fundamental expereince with Salesforce Modues - Leads, Opportunity Management, Quoting.
+ Seven plus years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
+ Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects in a technology or telecommunications environment.
+ Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and quoting tools.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
+ BA Degree in a related field or equivalent years of related experience
**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
