Construction Laborer

Company Urgently Hiring Construction Laborer!! Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction laborer to support a large-scale commercial construction project. This position involves a ground-up build requiring consistent site support, material handling, and coordination with multiple trades. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material staging. Load, unload, and distribute building materials. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Support carpenters, masons, and equipment operators as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform general labor tasks including demolition, trenching, and concrete work. Assist with temporary structures, signage, and fencing installation. Essential Skills Prior experience on commercial construction sites preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Strong work ethic and punctuality. Reliable transportation to job site. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is an active construction site with heavy equipment and multiple crews. You will be part of a team ranging from 2 to over 10 employees. Full personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times to ensure safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Freehold, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
