Haul Truck Operator**
**Job Description**
The Haul Truck Operator will be responsible for operating off-road dump trucks to move earth and rock on commercial job sites. The role involves being loaded with dirt and pulling behind scrapers. The position starts in Omaha, NE and will transfer to a permanent site after 2-3 weeks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate off-road dump trucks to transport earth and rock.
+ Load dirt and pull behind scrapers on construction sites.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
+ Maintain communication and awareness of surroundings to prevent distracted operating.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with heavy equipment operation.
+ Familiarity with commercial and civil construction.
+ Proficiency in earthwork and earthmoving activities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Valid driver's license preferred.
+ Ability to be insured for operating company vehicles.
+ Flexibility to travel to different job sites if required.

The work environment is a civil construction site set in wide open spaces that were previously farmland. There is a high degree of safety protocols to follow per OSHA standards. The site is active with lots of movement, and a professional appearance and behavior are required according to the Site Code of Conduct.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
