Civil Project Manager**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Manager to oversee wet utility projects in the Northern Colorado market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgeting, cost estimating, and project tracking using B2W, along with document management, plan changes, permits, and right-of-way coordination. The role also includes ensuring effective communication between the field and office, setting up job sites, and developing traffic control plans.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage budgeting, cost estimating, and project tracking using B2W (Bid 2 Win).
+ Oversee document management, plan changes, permits, and right-of-way coordination.
+ Facilitate communication between field and office teams.
+ Coordinate job site setup and project initialization.
+ Develop and implement traffic control plans.
**Essential Skills**
+ Extensive experience in utility, civil, asphalt, and earthwork project management.
+ Proficiency in construction management and wet utilities.
+ Strong budgeting and cost estimating skills.
+ Experience using B2W for project tracking.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager within wet utilities.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects and budgeting/cost estimating.
