Adecco is recruiting for a Direct Hire - HVAC Tech for a well-established,mercial and industrial HVACpany that has proudly served the Ark-La-Tex for over 20 years looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values long-term stability, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in delivering top-quality service.
Hourly Pay - Based on Experience
What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance on Commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling units
Repair or replace faultyponents
Install and service duct systems
Deliver outstanding customer service during on-site visits
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensurepliance with OSHA andpany safety standards
What's Offered:
Full Time position 40 hours guaranteed each week with OT available.
Bi weekly paid
Performance base incentive plan
Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay
health insurance paid ( employee & family )
401 K plan
What We're Looking For:
Good job stability and track record of reliability
Solid experience in HVAC servicing, troubleshooting, and ductwork
Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
Clean driver's license and driving record
Strongmunication skills and professional demeanor
