Our client, a luxury home builder, is looking for a freelance Project Coordinator to join their team for about 6 months starting by August 4th. This role is hybrid in Fort Washington, PA and will require you to work onsite 1 day a week (Wednesdays) and 4 days remote. The company's working hours are 8AM - 5PM, with an hour for lunch each day. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and execution of 3D exterior renderings that are outsourced to 3rd party vendors. These renderings will be used for marketing collateral throughout the company. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for: - The project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors - Ensuring that all renders are executed within budget, adhere to specific policies and procedures, and are aligned with company and client goals - Reviewing and proofing initial artwork in the first and second review tiers ensuring everything is within brand guidelines - Performing quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, updating documentation, and tracking projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements - Performing administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services - Finding opportunities to optimize the teams production processes to balance efficiency and quality, in collaboration with project participants REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in a Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design - Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Strong communicator and collaborator while working onsite and offsite In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
