Job Opportunity : Yard Laborer

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate : $16 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday - Pay Weekly

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Start Date : TBD (after offer)

Position Overview

We are hiring four Yard Laborers to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This hands-on role involves handling construction forms, cleaning, preparing, and organizing materials for shipment while following safety protocols. Candidates will need to complete an in-person interview after client review.

Job Responsibilities

Count and verify inbound materials, reporting discrepancies or damages.

Sort materials and determine the need for cleaning or oiling.

Use hand and power tools (grinders, chisels, etc.) to remove debris.

fresh form oil as needed using provided sprayers.

Stack and store cleaned / prepped materials properly.

Pick outbound materials for transfers or customer orders.

Prepare shipments, including wrapping, labeling, and creating BOLs.

Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and mopping.

Repair damaged forms as instructed.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Use of PPE (to be determined) as required.

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.

Basic math skills (counting, addition, and area calculations).

Safe handling of water-based form oil and applicators.

Must speak and understand English for safety purposes.

Additional Details

Drug test required

I-9 and E-Verify required

PPE and dress code to be determined

400 conversion hours

Client uses a timeclock system for tracking

NDA, Schedule C Form, and EHS Training Confirmation required before start
