Job Duties :

Operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel components

Perform steel welding and fabrication for custom parts and machinery

Fabricate, adapt, and assist in the shipping of metal attachments for equipment such as lawnmowers and earth-moving machines

Follow welding blueprints and safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned within the welding and fabrication department

Requirements :

Experience with MIG welding in a fabrication or manufacturing setting

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or welding diagrams

Familiarity with tools and machinery in a metal fabrication environment

Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed

Job Details :

Location : Indoor metal fabrication facility

Shift : 1st Shift, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

Occasional weekend work may be required

Breaks : Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch

Facilities : Access to microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines

Pay : $20.00 per hour
