Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Superintendent (Ground Up) position include: 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on commercial new construction ground-up projects Experience with multi-story self-storage projects is a plus Proficiency in using Procore software for construction management Oversee daily on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and OSHA regulations Read and interpret project plans, adjusting schedules and resources as needed Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and progress reports Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to drive results Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on commercial new construction ground-up projects

Experience with multi-story self-storage projects is a plus

Proficiency in using Procore software for construction management
