Hourly Rate: $13.00 - $17.00/hour (based on skillset and experience)

Schedule: 9am-5pm with an on-call rotation.

On the job training and tools provided!!

Driver License Required

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Regular Maintenance duties (general carpentry & building repair, painting, basic electrical & plumbing, grounds work and light janitorial work, etc.)

Operates and utilizes a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed

May keep simple records and make routine reports such as time expended and materials used.

Performs other maintenance related work as required.

Education, Experience:

Valid Driver's License required.

General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
