Duties Perform a variety of tasks including construction, maintenance, and repair work as directed by supervisors. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for use. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. Requirements Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
