Tank Painting Technician
$1000 bonus upon completion of 90-day probation period to be paid out in $200 weekly increments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Consolidated Tank, LLC is looking to hire full-time Paint Technicians to paint and perform maintenance on water tanks and similar structures. This will involve both painting, sandblasting, and pressure washing. The successful jobseeker will need to be dependable and able to travel. In addition, the job requires:
Working at various heights.
Working outside,
Walking, standing, and bending as needed
Ability to lift 100 pounds.
Once hired, the Techs will travel to job sites all over Texas and will be housed in an RV Park (3 Techs per RV). The Supervisor will be in the same RV Park, but housed in a separate RV. To view some of the company's finished projects, please feel free to visit Consolidated Tank on Facebook.
EXPERIENCE:
No experience needed. All necessary training will be provided by Consolidated Tank, LLC.
Sand-blasting experience preferred.
TRAVEL
All expenses for housing are paid by Consolidated Tank, LLC.
Expenses for the travel to the RV Park are the employees' responsibility.
The Supervisor provides transportation to the local jobsite from the RV park.
SCHEDULE
The standard week is Monday thru Friday, with a 40-hour week. Weekend work may be needed due to weather-related or other delays.
PAY
Pay is weekly and runs 1 week behind.
Each Employee receives a $35dailyper diem
Starting wage is $12per hour, with raises possible after 90 days.
$1000 bonus upon completion of 90-day probation period to be paid out in $200 weekly increments.
UNIFORM
Company provides T-Shirts upon hire.
Boot allowance after 90 days.
BENEFITS
1 Week of PTO provided after completion of first year.
2 Weeks of PTO provided after completion of the second year.
