Position: Contract Specialist

Location: Exton (PA) - On-site

Salary: The expected salary range is $65,000-$72,000 per year

Job Overview:

You will be an integral part of the administrative team and work community responsible for contracts for all three site locations.

Additional tasks:

  • Review, edit and draft contractual agreements or amendments to the agreement (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement, Master Service Agreements etc.) with clients, Vendors and Contractors.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they comply with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language.
  • Support developing internal procedures or policies to ensure compliance with our contracts and regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating the contract management system in Salesforce.
  • Registration or renewal of government licenses and permits

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with legal or paralegal experience who is highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have legal or paralegal experience, working in life sciences, the pharmaceutical industry or a contract law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in business law or business management preferred
  • Contract management experience
  • MS Office suite proficiency
