at Ed Miniat LLC in South Holland, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Description: Performs duties to prepare and receive shipments of materials by unloading and loading trucks. Primary Responsibilities: Loads and unloads materials for inbound and outbound trucks Verifies condition and quantity of materials being shipped or received Moves, stores, stacks, and delivers materials and products to designated storage or production areas Operates a material handling equipment such as forklifts and walkers Scans and verifies data in Adage matches actual shipments as needed Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: Able to speak, read and write English Able to work overtime and weekends as needed Basic working knowledge of computer applications Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds daily, approximately 5% of each day Able to lift/move in excess of 50 up to 500 pounds 1-2 times per month Walking and/or standing 90% of the day Training Period: Minimum 90 days meeting all above requirements To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
