Job Posting: Commercial Drywall Estimator
Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 (Based on Experience)

We are a reputable and growing commercial drywall contractor actively seeking a Commercial Drywall Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for union commercial drywall projects.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

• Utilize OST and QuickBid software effectively; familiarity with BuzzBid is a plus as we continue implementation.

• Manage bid proposals, scope reviews, and subcontractor/vendor pricing.

• Collaborate with project managers and operations team to ensure seamless handoff and project success.

• Handle a range of diverse commercial projects including healthcare, education, retail, and office spaces.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial Union drywall estimating .

• Proficient in OST and QuickBid ; exposure to BuzzBid preferred.

• Strong understanding of commercial construction documents and takeoff procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
