In this role, you'll gain valuable experience by contributing to a variety of HVAC projects as you:

• Learn and Collaborate: Partner with experienced estimators and project managers to understand project requirements, analyze blueprints, and deliver accurate cost and time estimates.
• Support Project Planning: Assist in evaluating bids, researching materials, and crafting proposals for HVAC installations and systems.
• Participate in Project Management: Work alongside seasoned professionals to oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on energy codes, industry trends, and innovative technologies that shape the HVAC field.
• Foster Communication: Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay Organized: Maintain detailed and accessible documentation of all estimates and project-related information.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0-5 years of experience in estimating, project management, or the HVAC industry.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong drive to develop your skills and grow within the industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with reading blueprints, reviewing specifications, and researching project materials is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with diverse teams.
