**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled welder proficient in MIG welding techniques to join our team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy.

+ Ensure all welding operations meet quality standards and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals efficiently.

+ Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Certification in welding is a plus.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is beneficial.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
