Project Manager/Coordinator for Civil and Land Engineering Dept.
Job Description
The role organizes and assigns project tasks and serves as the main point of contact for clients in the land engineering sector. This role involves managing multiple clients, facilitating associated scopes of work in a timely and cost-effective manner, and transferring valuable job knowledge to other staff to maintain adequate bench strength within the team.
Responsibilities
- Organize and assign project tasks for land engineering projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing multiple client relationships.

- Transfer valuable job knowledge to other staff to maintain team strength.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge in construction engineering, civil engineering, surveying, and land engineering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, surveying, real estate, or related field.
- PE or LS licensure or a minimum of 5 years of qualifying experience in engineering, surveying, project management, or related field.
- Experience with Primavera or equivalent project management software.
- Familiarity with scheduling and estimating software.
- CADD (computer-aided drafting and design) and GIS experience is a plus.
- Experience in real estate and facilities is beneficial.
- Knowledge of transmission line design or modeling software (PLS-CADD) is advantageous.
- Experience with substation design is a plus.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize competing deadlines, and execute multiple scopes of work simultaneously.
- Strong team collaboration skills and professionalism in challenging situations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
