Finish Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced finish carpenter to complete warranty work in newly built homes. As a Residential Warranty Finish Carpenter, you will be the expert for post-construction touch-ups, repairs, and refinements, ensuring homeowners receive high-quality finishes and timely warranty service.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform finish carpentry tasks such as installing and repairing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and hardware.
+ Address warranty-related issues reported by homeowners, including cosmetic and structural concerns.
+ Conduct inspections to assess repair needs and determine appropriate solutions.
+ Collaborate with warranty service teams, project managers, and homeowners to schedule and complete work.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in occupied homes.
+ Document repairs and communicate progress using digital tools or service apps.
+ Ensure all work complies with building codes and company standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Over 4 years of experience in commercial construction or residential remodel construction completing trim and finish work.
+ Skilled troubleshooting for door and cabinet repair.
+ Customer service experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Reliable transportation.
+ Basic hand and power tools proficiency.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
