General Laborer - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a General Laborer where you will be responsible for hand packaging various types of candy and food products. Your duties will include packaging products into boxes or single packaged goods, palletizing, boxing for shipment, and lifting items up to 20 lbs. You must be comfortable standing for the entire shift and working with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hand packaging of candy and food products.
+ Packaging products into boxes or single packaged goods.
+ Palletizing products.
+ Boxing products for shipment.
+ Lifting items up to 20 lbs.
+ Standing for the entire shift.
+ Working with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor experience.
+ Production skills.
+ Packing and inspection.
+ Machine operation.
+ Packaging techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6 months of production experience is ideal, but not required.
+ Comfortable working with marshmallows and gummy candy made with gelatin.

**Work Environment**
Work in a food production environment where you will stand for the entire shift. The dress code requires wearing a mask and prohibits shorts, capris, or clothes with holes. Ensure feet and ankles are completely covered, and avoid open-toed shoes, tank tops, jewelry, watches, false fingernails, nail polish, or false eyelashes. Clothes with sequins, beads, or other detachable items are not permitted. Cell phones must be stored in a locker or vehicle, and hairnets and beard nets are required for those with facial hair.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
