HVACR Technician Job Description Join our team as an HVACR Technician where you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all facility HVACR equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our systems. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all facility HVACR equipment including belt and filter changes, greasing, oil changes, coil cleaning, coupling replacement, tube cleaning, and general cleaning and inspection. Replace compressors, fans, motors, and pumps. Repair refrigerant piping and condenser and evaporator coils. Monitor and adjust equipment to meet facility set points, process, and energy requirements. Perform seasonal equipment changeovers. Understand, troubleshoot, operate, repair, and install HVACR control systems such as digital and analog electronic controls as well as pneumatic controls and actuators. Assist in adjusting ventilation in various areas. Order required materials for HVACR maintenance and projects. Provide input for HVACR equipment and system designs. Essential Skills HVACR service and troubleshooting experience. Repair and preventive maintenance skills. S2 License minimum requirement. Experience with refrigerant liquids. Additional Skills & Qualifications Focus on refrigerant as the plumbing team will handle the majority of the heating responsibilities. Experience as a maintenance technician. Why Work Here?
