Restoration Project Manager

Position Overview:

• We're looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing waterproofing division and help manage projects from bid to completion.

• This dual role is responsible for estimating caulking and waterproofing projects, developing scopes of work, pricing proposals, and managing jobs through execution.

• You'll work closely with clients, vendors, field crews, and our internal operations team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Perform site visits and assessments to gather job-specific information

• Estimate labor, materials, and equipment for caulking and waterproofing projects

• Prepare detailed proposals and scopes of work

• Coordinate project scheduling and crew assignments

• Manage field execution and ensure quality control and safety compliance

• Communicate directly with property managers, GCs, engineers, and owners

• Track project progress, change orders, and billing milestones

• Build and maintain client relationships and identify future opportunities

Qualifications:

• Must have - 3+ years of experience in estimating or managing caulking, waterproofing, or exterior restoration projects

• Strong understanding of commercial building envelopes and sealant systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites

• Rope access knowledge a plus, but not required
