• Reading blueprints and following welding specs

• Setting up and maintaining welding equipment

• Making sure your welds are clean and strong

• Keeping your work area neat and safe

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 year of MIG or TIG welding experience

• Can read blueprints or are willing to learn

• Take pride in your work and pay attention to detail

• Work well on your own and with a team

• Able to pass a simple weld test
