Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Keep the Machines Moving! What You'll Be Doing: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and galvanizing equipment. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot and optimize. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Collaborate with production teams to solve problems and improve efficiency. Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized. What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (metal fabrication or galvanizing preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems is a plus. Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in hot/cold environments, and handle physical tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or rotating shifts.
