Laborer (Excavation)

We are a small excavation company looking to fill a laborer position. We handle commercial, residential, and public works projects. We do a little bit of everything including but not limited to digging for new builds, add-ons, basement installs, demolition, grading, utility installs, septic system installs, sewer taps, water line bursting and repairs, concrete/asphalt prep, lot grubbing, etc. We operate in Ada, Canyon, Boise, Valley, and Gem County. We run year round with typically 30-40 hours/week in winter and 40-60 hours/week in summer.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass a drug test

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- rake, shovel, compact, water
- bring equipment and/or service truck to and from jobsites
- lay pipe
- operate/learn to operate heavy equipment
- routine maintenance
- check grade
- assist with digging
- prep for concrete and asphalt
- manual labor
- listen to and accurately follow directions

After a trial period benefits include:

$18-25/hr, Depending on Experience
