Job Opening: TIG Welder Chattanooga, TN**

**Location:** Chattanooga, Tennessee

**Position Type:** Full-Time + Overtime

**Shift:** Day Shift (6am-4pm or 7am-5pm)

**Pay Range:** $25-$30 Based on overall experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

+ Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience (2+ years preferred)

+ Ability to pass a weld test

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Familiarity with safety protocols and welding best practices

+ High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification a plus

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
