Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design teams

• Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction

• Lead progress meetings and project reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience leading projects as a Project Manager in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered
