In this role, you’ll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout—overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes

• Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports

• Maintain client communication and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

• Experience with ground-up and renovation work across multiple project sectors

• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
