Project Manager - Commercial Construction

In this role, you’ll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout—overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
Maintain client communication and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Experience with ground-up and renovation work across multiple project sectors
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination skills
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
