Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $65 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs
- Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Use tools such as micrometers, laser alignment tools, and dial indicators
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Operate hoists, cranes, forklifts, and other rigging equipment safely Work with welders, electricians, and other trades to complete installations and upgrades
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures (including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements)
Qualifications:
- OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- 3+ years of millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in rigging and moving heavy machinery
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
- OSHA 10/30, MSHA, or other safety certifications preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the industrial field required
