Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Millwright to join our Valued Clients team at a manufacturing and mineral extraction facility in Thorold, ON. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical machinery and equipment.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures to minimize downtime.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson certification or registered 3rd year Millwright Apprentice.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • Proficient in mechanical repairs, alignment, and equipment installation.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in both manufacturing and mining/mineral extraction settings.

  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial facility setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment.

  • Use of PPE is mandatory. May include working in confined spaces or elevated areas.
