HVAC Technician

The HVAC service tech will be working on residential homes (furnaces/HVAC units/dehumidifiers) as well as commercial units and inside of residential pool heaters. They will visit about 4-5 homes a day on average. Travel will typically stay within an hour of Noblesville, but have done jobs 2-3 hours out before so need to be flexible with commute. They will receive a company van, fuel card, cell phone, and iPad.

Logistics:

-On-call for one weekend a month (rotates with other service techs)

-Workday hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 (but need to be flexible incase of emergencies where sometimes theyll get off later)

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician

EPA certification

Excellent customer service experience

Must be willing to travel to residential homes within an hour of Noblesville (sometimes more)

Must be flexible with working overtime hours and being on-call for 1 rotating weekend a month NATE certification null
