Qualifications / Requirements Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology/Mechatronics OR High School Diploma/GED with Military Advanced Electronics Training Course ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends Ability and willingness to work either 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Monday - Friday. Desired Characteristics: Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance role Familiarity with electrical motors and control circuits Strong electrical fundamental and safety knowledge (electrical schematics, NFPA 79, LOTO) Prior experience with operating systems, software and ladder logic (Fanuc, Siemens) used in PLC systems to diagnose and repair circuits to restore operation. The base pay range for this position is $38.33 to $42.96 (Inclusive of a $7.00 per hour transition adder). The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for contractually negotiated general wage increases and COLA increases. This position is also eligible for a Night Shift Bonus of $1.00/hour. *The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
