Mechanical/HVAC Foreman

Seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Foreman for a direct hire opportunity. This is a remote opportunity that will require travel nationwide. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Pay is between $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience) The Mechanical/HVAC Foreman plans, coordinates, and supervises crews performing new construction and remodeling projects. This position ensures project tasks are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate work of mechanical craft employees Assign tasks based on priorities and employee skillsets Train and mentor crew members Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications Collaborate with project managers and administrators on daily operations Monitor and manage construction progress to meet deadlines Conduct inspections and ensure work meets design standards Resolve jobsite issues and provide technical guidance Communicate with project stakeholders as needed Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or project coordination Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills Valid driver's license Knowledge of all phases of construction and mechanical systems Familiarity with materials, tools, machines, and labor costs Strong supervisory and leadership abilities Proficient in blueprint reading and specification interpretation Effective communication and problem-solving skills If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
