We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator Technician who excels in meeting production demands by installing, repairing, and fabricating metal materials. This role requires proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and arc welding techniques, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a deep commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities: Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring efficient installation, repair, and fabrication of metal components. Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, stick, and arc welding methods with precision and quality. Interpret basic blueprints to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications. Maintain the availability and functionality of necessary tools and materials. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promptly address any safety concerns. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and arc welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work self-reliantly and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols.
