Looking to pay some good money for some good work in a couple areas of expertise: 1. I need some general landscaping cleanup/brush and ivy clearing - as well as some chainsaw work/help to drop a few trees/big limbs 2. Need an HVAC Technician or small business owner to install a mini split heat pump/AC. 3. Exterior deck or framing or roofing contractor - for roof deck /insulation board job, exterior railing and joist repair, window replacement, soffit/trim/overhang/rotted wood repair/replacement. 4. Handyman/light duty plumbing/electrical maintenance and repairs. I am an engineer and contractor who knows what he wants and this is my property. I would like to pay the guys directly who are doing the work. Need various types of help - from semi skilled to highly skilled. Pay will be commensurate with the type of work/your experience and skills. Cash paid by the job or weekly/daily as we agree in advance. There is the potential for $5,000-10,000 worth of work if you have the right skills/work hard/problem solving attitude. Looking for an honest go getter who is looking for some overtime/side work and I would appreciate your info - and what your preferred work type is. Totally inexperienced hard workers wanted (even young high school/college aged needing some cash for hard work - I will train you) - as well as more highly skilled and experienced guys who will command a higher pay rate. In addition to the landscape cleanup I could use a good chainsaw man//maybe a tree climber/perhaps a small crew to drop some overhanging trees/branches into open areas/mostly minimal need to guide the drop. cut into logs, roll to side of lot, done. Seeking to pay the young professionals directly for his/her work/time not interested in big companies sending me a subcontractor - but would be interested in hiring your guys/crew for some overtime if your company is light on work and pay you a small finders fee.
