The Field Engineering Supervisor coordinates the efforts of the Field Engineer group to deliver technical support for sales account teams, development, engineering, product management, and tribal casino customers. This position requires a strong knowledge of field engineering processes and management experience to efficiently and effectively support all aspects of an Aristocrat CII server project, performing requirements analysis and discovery efforts, creates, and manage project schedules, provides defect triage, report project status, supports continuous process improvement efforts, provides process training, and performs other duties as assigned efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the efforts of the Field Engineer group to support sales account teams, development, engineering, product management, and tribal casino customers.

  • Lead requirements analysis, project scheduling, defect triage, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with departmental management and partners to achieve business goals.

  • Effectively communicate expectations and provide clear mentorship to team members.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of all project and process responsibilities.

  • Conduct corrective training and counseling to maintain compliance with company policies.

  • Lead groups through research, design, and development phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Develop proposals, statements of work, designs, plans, and schedules.

  • Schedule and conduct technical and clerical training for new hire Field Engineers.

  • Coordinate interviews for potential Field Engineer candidates.

  • Manage work schedules and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tribal gaming regulations.

  • Perform routine audits and inspections of Aristocrat equipment in customer server rooms.


What We're Looking For
  • Initiative-taking and ability to supervise multiple small to medium-sized projects of low to medium complexity.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven track record of diligence.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.

  • Outstanding decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a multi-functional team across different levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in the Field or Customer Service.

  • Casino gaming experience preferred.

Pay Range

$77,539 - $144,002 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
