Were looking for a dedicated full-time Service Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional HVAC services to Hayden and surrounding areas.

Position: Service Technician
Location: Hayden, ID
Shift: Monday Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: TBD

Position Type: Full-time (40+ hours a week)

Job Description:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment in the residential and light commercial setting. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems

Requirements/Qualifications:
Looking for someone who has just completed HVAC certification program or has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field as a Service Technician.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and controls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
NATE Certification preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours and be On-Call as needed
Must have a valid Drivers License to operate company vehicles
Clean Professional Appearance
Must be will to work in harsh conditions such as Hot/Cold temperatures, Tight spaces, attics and crawlspaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless units.
Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies
Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow the service department
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service issues and solutions
