Operator - extrusion operator is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment that converts resin into finished product. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and maintaining efficient production.
Night Shift Schedule 7pm - 7am on a rotating schedule

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to production specifications
Monitor production parameters including temperature, pressure, and extrusion rate
Make adjustments to equipment settings as needed to maintain product quality
Perform quality checks on finished pipes to ensure they meet dimensional and structural requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
Document production data and maintain accurate records
Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products
Clean and maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes
Basic math skills and ability to read measuring instruments
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
