Maintenance Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team, with the opportunity to progress to a Maintenance Manager position within 2-3 years. The role involves hands-on maintenance work and learning under the current supervisor to master equipment operations. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, attendance and performance management, and handling reports.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair mixers, blenders, and grinding mills.
+ Diagnose and fix mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, sprockets, and chains.
+ Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
+ Test and repair 480v electrical systems using a voltmeter.
+ Change out motors and test fuses.
+ Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and valves.
+ Make improvements to SOPs.
+ Ensure information in CMMS and work order systems is accurate.
**Essential Skills**
+ Troubleshooting skills in maintenance supervision and management.
+ Hands-on repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
+ Experience with 480v troubleshooting.
+ 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working on mixers and blenders.
+ Blueprint and schematic reading.
+ Familiarity with CMMS.
+ Hydraulics knowledge.
