Your Role: What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be critical to our day-to-day operations-keeping products moving safely and efficiently while delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials in the yard
  • Complete daily safety and maintenance checklists on equipment
  • Maintain accurate records for transfers, scrap, and pallet returns
  • Re-strap broken bundles and help maintain a clean, organized yard
  • Rotate stock by production dates and follow inventory rotation practices
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Participate in process improvements, cycle counts, and year-end inventory
  • Support other tasks and special projects as assigned

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of forklift experience (experience with 5,000-10,000 lb. forklifts preferred)

  • Ability to pass Unilock's forklift licensing test

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing repetitive movements

  • Strong attention to detail-especially in identifying product types, colors, and configurations

  • Basic computer or tablet skills

  • Ability to read shipping paperwork and perform basic math

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong communication skills

  • Reliable attendance is essential
