Hard working Construction Worker

Looking for a hardworking Construction worker of all trades ,no I don't rush people to work fast because that prompts to make mistakes but the job needs to get done.

IT may sound that I'm very strict but no I have to explain all this because I posted an add less than a year ago, hire a few people but they fired them selfs only 3 remaining from that add.
DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, I can tell if you lie about your experience within hours and you will get fired within hours.
You must have a valid driver license and a vehicle registered to your name, some people i hire i give them a chance to get to work because they didn't have transportation well it didn't work out ,the other person giving you a ride as also a private life and can't bring you to work every day and on time and I don't work in the city of Chicago unless is a big job so no the area's i work there is no public transportation so let's not waste our time, sorry it just doesn't work out if you don't have your own vehicle.
Must be on time, yes traffic is bad 15 to 30 minutes late ok but not every day and some were up to 4 hours late ,so if that happens you will be send home and if it happens very often we'll you know the answer.
Let your love ones know that at work You can't answer all text & calls ,yes people can't stay off the phone for at least 30 minutes, not here sorry .
I'm not trying to hire a DJ so no you can't be playing the music you like all day ,if we work outside away from home owners I don't mind a couple songs but not all day ,no sorry.

Interview before hiring, my clients are : Law Enforcement, Professional and regular home owners, so Interview required before hiring and if you have any restrictions that you can't be around minors ordered by a Judge or court, don't apply here ,second chance i don't judge people that want to do good and change their life around, I work in very nice areas & houses so nothing can go missing because law enforcement will be called immediately .
The interview will after 4 pm because I work most of the time 7 days a week, at a location that I will tell you, yes some people want it me to drive near their home for the interview, No sorry .

The work I do is year round too many customers, so let me know if you have experience in any of : Deck, Concrete, Roof,Siding, Paint, Fence,Plumbing, Electrical, Trim,Frame, Tile,Flooring.
ONCE AGAIN DON'T LIE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, I had painter's hire and got fired the same day ,when I asked how long have you worked as a painter? Well I painted my house, no sorry.
And the same for all other jobs I do ,I had people that didn't even know how to put a drill in reverse or to put staples on a air staple gun .
Some people want to learn they said but have zero experience in construction, we'll I lost money on materials and they want to get paid while learning, as Christian i don't mind helping and let someone learn, I don't mind giving money for gas but no not a hourly pay or salary if you have zero experience.
Don't come here to hand over your business card to my customers because they will tell me ,yes some did that last time the same day they started and got fired and my customers trash their cards.
A Valid Driver's license is required and must speak English and know the measurement tape in inches ! Not meters .
Full time position available if you the right candidate and meet the requirements.
I cant describe how much I pay or how I pay because I attracted many drug users last time .
Weekly pay but sometimes I do a 1 or 2 to 3 day jobs so you can get pay then .
For those who want to get paid cash every day don't apply here ,I don't mid gas money here and there but You ask a Bank or a 5 star Hotel to pay you every day ,we you know the answer, must be willing to work over time and weekend's.
For those who get wasted in alcohol on weekends tell me upfront so you don't get scheduled to work Sunday and you know why ,I had some vomiting Sundays not performing well at work, no sorry.
I pay well but being in the construction business for over 15 years I describe construction workers ( speed of work ) and wild like this : Turtle, Rabbit & Cheeta ,yes some people ask for $30 to $ 40 an hour starting day because they were super and highly skilled but move like a turtle so they got fired before the day was over but some honest Hard working guys got a rise $ with out asking 3 days after they started working for me ,like I said I don't rush people to be speedy Gonzales at work but I know who is here trying to expand a job for a couple more days ,when I sign a contract for a job is because I know how many workers and how many days it's going to take, keep that in mind.
We will disclose the hourly pay in person base on your experience.
Please read, over & over if needed , im looking for hard working construction workers not for enemies, yes of course people get upset when they get fired but not my fault.
Please again if You using illegal drugs or narcotic pills etc..not prescribed to you don't waste your time here .
