Seeking a self-motivated and eager-to-learn Architect-in-Training who is passionate about growing their career in the architectural industry while working alongside experienced architects and mentors. Full term project involvement by its architects is encouraged. Work includes educational, municipal, state, federal, financial, and commercial facilities projects.

This is a hybrid work environment. Office is located in Virginia Beach with the ability for work from home Monday and Friday. Full time hours with core work hours of 9am-4pm giving employees the flexibility to adjust their hours outside of the core period to fit their schedule.

Skills and Requirements

BS/BA of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree

3-6 years of professional work experience in an architectural office

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft office programs

Conceptual design and graphic skills

Self motivated and eager to learn

Strong communication and leadership skills

Interest in growing into leadership position Third party sustainability experience

USGBC LEED accreditation

License is a plus not required null
