The primary duties of the Project Manager are to ensure the installation of DI equipment is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. The Junior Project Manager (Jr. PM) is responsible for project initiation, overseeing production and procurement, controlling the budget and schedule, and managing project closeout.

Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma with 1 to 3+ years of experience in construction or energy industries (preferred)
- Alternatively, a BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- CAPM or PMP certification is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English (reading and communication)
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Punctual, organized, and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with General Contractors and subcontractors
- Knowledge of project management, construction processes, schedule development, and budgeting
- Ability to manage priorities with urgency while maintaining quality and customer service
The role includes supervision of Construction Managers, subcontractors, and internal resources.
Essential Functions- Maintain safe and healthy work sites by adhering to company standards and legal requirements
- Coordinate and lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM)
- Review contracts, assess sales pricing, develop budgets, and create project schedules
- Facilitate production and procurement releases for manufacturing
- Lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Support the permitting department in obtaining required AHJ permits
- Manage all aspects of the project installation
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely project execution
- Communicate with senior staff to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel (50%+), including driving company vehicles and flying commercially
- Ability to stand or walk for 3–4 hours at a time
- Extended periods of sitting
- Exposure to various weather conditions
- Exposure to high noise levels
- Exposure to energized electrical equipment
- Exposure to overhead hazards (e.g., cranes and rigging)
- Exposure to heavy machinery
