H2M Epoxy Floors is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using estimation software and platforms, and must be able to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator (preferably in flooring, coatings, or construction).

Proficient in estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, or similar.

Familiarity with project management or bidding platforms.

Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate material, labor, and cost estimates based on project drawings and specs.

Create competitive proposals for both commercial and residential clients.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment.
