We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a team that will coordinate and manage the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) for the Inclusive Collection portfolio of hotels. This role will be responsible for planning and executing deployments, including working with hotel leadership, communicating the onboarding process, standards, and expectations. This role will then collaborate with hotel leadership, vendors, and corporate teams to develop and manage the project schedule, encompassing all system configuration, training classes, and go-live support. They must work closely with multiple teams to stay aligned with other activities and ensure the successful implementation of technology footprint.

Develop and maintain tools and processes to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective interaction with corporate and regional offices to understand transition dates and the schedule of other activities to manage the implementation schedule
Create, manage, and convey each project's systems training and onboarding schedule
Liaise with hotel leadership to determine the number of training rooms needed, coordinate with global vendors on resource availability, and distribute to all relevant parties (vendors, regional office, hotel, other implementation teams)
Cultivate and maintain a relationship with vendors that implement and train the systems installed at new hotels. This is accomplished through regular meetings with management from each office to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects and needs
Design, develop, and uphold a consistent deployment strategy
Manage the maintenance of training material
Manage resources and their day-to-day workloads by proactively identifying and resolving issues that would present a risk
Implement training and development plans for team members

Diverse Hotel Management Experience in Operations (4+ years)
Experience with Systems, including Opera Cloud, CRS, and Sales & Revenue (4+ years)
Managing projects with multiple waves
Experience in multiple hotels, locations, or brands
Ability to work across multiple time zones

Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish.

College degree or equivalent work experience with a major hotel management company.

This position will involve preparing hotel configuration data necessary for building Opera Cloud, conducting training, and migrating data to the new PMS. The role requires global collaboration with hotels, vendors, and regional teams.

Effective interaction with corporate and regional offices to understand transition dates and the schedule of other activities to manage the implementation schedule
Create, manage, and convey each project's systems training and deployment schedule
Liaise with hotel leadership to coordinate deployment schedule
Maintain training material for the Deployment team, the hotels, or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers notes, and videos
Execute virtual or in-person training to guide on-property teams through the build and learning processes needed to adopt meaningful use of applications
Maintain a relationship with internal teams globally that implement and train the systems installed at hotels. This is done through regular meetings and interactions conducted remotely with vendor counterparts during each project to discuss project needs
Collect, review, and update hotel configuration data following standards
Act as an escalated support resource
