Project Delivery Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering, Geology, or Construction Management

8+ years related field and project management experience

Direct experience managing complex construction or geotechnical projects

Strong experience with project management and financial ERP systems

High financial acumen

High intelligence, strong problem solver and demonstrated leadership abilities with measurable results

Experience with mentoring others

PMP Certification preferred

Project Delivery Manager Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects up to $100M and manage all technical aspects of projects

Lead rigorous financial oversight of the project financials and identify risks and areas for improvement

Lead and mentor a group of Project Managers to cultivate results-driven mindsets

Interact with clients regarding negotiations, project changes as well as business development

Ongoing champion of Continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
