About the Role

As an Intermediate Architect, youll be a key player in the design and delivery processtranslating creative concepts into technical excellence. Youll collaborate with consultants, conduct site surveys, and help shape spaces that are both beautiful and buildable.

What Youll Do

  • Develop design drawings, construction documents, and coordination sets.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
  • Conduct site surveys, due diligence reports, and building code reviews.
  • Translate design intent into detailed, buildable solutions.
  • Support Construction Administration: site visits, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Present design and technical ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and client presentations.
What You Bring
  • 410 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency inRevitis a must.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and standards.
  • Field experience on construction sites.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience inWorkplace, Retail, or Media/Broadcastprojects.
  • Strong hand sketching skills.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating consultants.
  • A portfolio that includes high-end workplace or media environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
