Schedule Standard Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Support Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).
- Manage drafting requirements and incorporate drawing changes.
- Develop and modify systems components and installation designs.
- Review mechanical structural assemblies and configuration management requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, CREO).
- Experience with 2D drawings and 3D deliverables.
- AA degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in test and evaluation engineering.
- Work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense projects.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
