DUTIES
- Installation and servicing of refrigeration, HVAC, and air conditioning systems.
- ability to install and understand ductwork installations
- mechanical aptitude is required
-knowledge and well versed with all refrigeration tools and install processes
- Installation, rebuilding, replacement, or repair of fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets, and other equipment as necessary.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials.
- Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician or similar role (Required)
HVAC: 4 years (Required)
HVAC/Refrigeration: 4 years (Required)
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment
- Service background in HVAC, HVAC/R, and related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
- EPA Type II (Required)
As a Refrigeration/HVAC installer/Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic field service environment, utilizing your skills in maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
